Terms & Conditions
The Wellnest NIAW Grant Program provides limited financial assistance to patients undergoing IVF treatment. Grants are limited to 25 patients and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a grant, not a discount, and funds are applied directly toward eligible IVF costs at Wellnest. Patients must be cash-pay (no insurance coverage for IVF), complete a new patient consultation in March or April, and confirm their IVF cycle for April or May 2025. Full financial commitment must be met by April 30, 2025, and payment in full is required before treatment begins, per Wellnest’s financial policy. Grants are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value beyond their intended use. Once all grants are awarded, the program will close.
