She earned her M.D. and B.S. degrees from the University of Vermont and completed her OB/GYN residency and REI fellowship at Weill Cornell School of Medicine. Dr. Noyes has held prestigious positions at top fertility centers and is recognized as one of New York's top doctors in her field.

Dr. Foyouzi is board-certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Human/Medical Genetics, having trained at prestigious institutions such as UCLA, UCSF, and Washington University in St. Louis. Nurse Practitioner
Sarah Nelson, WHNP-BC, is a highly skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Wellnest Fertility in Ogden, Utah. With nearly a decade of experience in fertility and women's health, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She previously worked at Utah Fertility Center, excelling in managing oral ovulation induction cycles, early pregnancy care, and advanced reproductive techniques. Her nursing career began at Madison Memorial Hospital and Intermountain Healthcare, where she gained valuable experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal intensive care. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from Duke University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University - Idaho. She has contributed a guest lecture on infertility management to nurse practitioner students at Duke and has served on the task force for the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health.
